Padel update from Roger

Hi would be Padelers, I can't believe I have not sent an update this year but the truth is there has been very little to report.



Our consultants have been in constant touch with our new Planning Officer at WMBC, and have continued to supply the various reports requested, the latest being the Bio Diversity Net Gain Report.

I hope this means something to the members, but it meant little to me!



We have moved (back) to the position we had reached with out first Planning Officer last September - we believe this 3rd Planning Officer now has all the information required to make a decision.



In the meantime we are firming up on potential hours of play, rates, access to courts and contractors' ability to meet our need for a tight work schedule - all in the hope it is a "yes" when we get an answer.



Hopefully we will have an answer soon,
